Privacy Practice
Health Services' Notice of Privacy Practices is now available on-line at www.health.uri.edu/privacy.pdf. The form is mailed to all new students this summer and will be provided to all returning students on their first visit to Health Services.
The form is made necessary by the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountable Act (HIPAA).
